Foster, Rashid To Appear At Democratic Candidate Forum In Naperville
The Naperville League of Women Voters will host the 11th Congressional District Democratic Primary Candidate Forum ahead of March's election
NAPERVILLE, IL — Rep. Bill Foster and his Democratic challenger Qasim Rashid in the March 19 general primary election will engage in a candidate forum hosted by the Naperville League of Women Voters on Feb. 28.
Foster has represented the 11th Congressional District of Illinois since 2013. Prior to that, he represented the 14th Congressional District.
Rashid is a human rights lawyer who grew up in DuPage County after emigrating from Pakistan as a child.
