Teen Missing Since Monday Has Condition That May Endanger Him: Naperville Police

Police are asking for the public's help locating Dominik Merced, 17, who was last seen Monday.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Police are asking for the public's help in their search for a Naperville boy, 17, who has been missing since Monday. Dominik Merced, who has a condition that may cause him to be endangered, was last seen near his residence in the 2500 block of Oneida Lane, according to police.

Merced is five feet, eleven inches tall, weighs around 160 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. He was seen leaving his Oneida Lane home wearing a black sweatshirt with a hood and gold writing and Grinch print pajama pants and carrying a lavender backpack that is shaped like a cloud with legs and arms. Police note that Merced may have changed clothes since he was last seen.

Anyone who sees Merced is encouraged to call 911 to help police find where he is. Police are asking anyone who may have seen Merced to call their tip line at 630-548-2955. Tips can also be sent via email at napevillecrimetips@naperville.il.us.
