High-End Grocery Store Set To Open In Naperville
The 46,000-square-foot store, which offer locally sourced produce, artisanal cheeses and desserts baked in-house, is set to open Sept. 10.

NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville's newest grocery store will open its doors Sept. 10. At Heinen's, customers can sip wine and enjoy beer on tap as they browse artisanal cheeses, farm-fresh produce, housemade sushi and more.
Founded by a butcher in 1929, Heinen's has its own in-house butcher shop. The store also gets fresh seafood deliveries six days a week.
In addition to groceries, Heinen's offers take-and-eat prepared foods. Shoppers can nosh on tacos, burritos and other eats that customers can enjoy in-store or in the al fresco dining area.

Located at 1244 E. Chicago Ave., the Naperville store will be the fifth Illinois location for Heinen's, which has close to two dozen stores throughout the midwest. The first of these opened in Barrington in 2012. Other Illinois Heinen's locations include Bannockburn, Glenview and Lake Bluff.
Heinen's will be open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
