Huskies Attempt Comeback at Regional Science Bowl
Last weekend students from area schools competed for a chance to attend the 2012 National Science Bowl in Washington, D.C.

held its third annual Illinois State Science Bowl regional Saturday. Thirteen teams competed for a chance to represent Illinois in the 2012 National Science Bowl. Naperville North's A Team climbed out of the losers bracket to take on Hinsdale Central in the semifinals.
Down by 30 points the Huskies battled back to pull ahead as time ran out. North then took their four match winning streak into the finals to take on the top team from the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy.

IMSA defeated North as they pulled away at the end to win an all expense paid trip to Washington D.C. to compete in the 22ndNational Science Bowl. The Naperville North B Team competed well, winning their first two matches ending the day losing to the Naperville North A Team.
Team A included students: Erick Spieglan, Avi Prakash, Carrie Cesseroti, Cammille Go, Ed Hu. Team B included Peter Song, Divya Shanmugam, James Maxwell, Alex Chen.
