NAPERVILLE, IL — A German court has filed murder charges against a man who is accused of fatally pushing Eva Liu, 22, of Naperville off a slope near Neuschwanstein Castle in June.
The suspect, identified only as a 31-year-old man from America, was also accused of attacking and injuring Kelsey Chang, 22, of Bloomington during the June 14 incident, according to reports.
Liu and Chang were hiking around 2 p.m. when they encountered the man, who police say lured them to the Marienbrücke vantage point. He is accused of attacking Liu, which spurred Chang to intervene.
