Naperville Help Center To Link Residents, City Officials
As of March 4, Naperville residents will be able to use the city's help center to connect with public officials.
NAPERVILLE, IL — Naperville residents will soon have another way to share questions, concerns and feedback with city officials. As of March 4, the city's Help Center will offer options to connect with Mayor Scott Wehrli, council members and other officials, instead of residents being limited to using email for communication.
The new service option intends to streamline the way Naperville handles these requests from residents, a news release said. It's also anticipated that residents will notice abbreviated response times when they're using the city's Help Center.
After residents submit requests, they will be forwarded to Mayor Wehrli or the designated city representative. Responses will be sent via email, but can also beaccessed via the Help Center for residents who have set up a help center account.
