Naperville Man Arrested For 3rd DUI: Police
He was found slumped over behind the wheel of a car, according to police
Marc Choi was charged with his third DUI last week, according to Naperville police.
On the evening of March 4, police received a report of someone driving erratically. An officer found a white 2012 Toyota Camry matching the description stopped at Deering Bay Drive and Rosecroft Lane.
The officer found Choi, a 55-year-old Naperville man, slumped over behind the wheel.

According to DuPage County Court Records, Choi was charged with DUI in 2004 and 2005.
Choi was charged with a felony this time due to his two prior convictions, police said. Choi was held at the Will County Adult Detention Facility.

A charge is merely an accusation of a crime, not a finding of guilt.
