Naperville Running Company Continues Snow-Clearing Agreement
After nine years, the Naperville Running Company continues its annual tradition of facilitating snow clearing for part of the park district.
NAPERVILLE, IL — This year will mark the ninth year in a row that the Naperville Running Company has covered snow removal for a two-mile stretch of trail in the Naperville Park District.
The trail extends through Frontier Sports Complex from Route 59's pedestrian bridge to Plainfield-Naperville Road.
The park district handles the actual snow removal, and then Naperville Runnign Company reimburses them.

"The agreement with Naperville Running Company is a great example of a successful public-private partnership that benefits the community and saves taxpayer dollars," Naperville Park District Executive Director Brad Wilson said in a statement.
Naperville Running Company owner Kris Hartner added, "For outdoor walking and running in the winter, there are few things more essential than a cleared path and we love that we can help make that happen right outside our back door!"
