A pair of shorts containing a cell phone and debit card were stolen from a locker in the 2700 block of Fitness Drive last Friday, police said.

"Freeze, gopher!"

Someone stole two flags and detonated a home-made type explosive device in the middle of a driving range at Springbrook Golf Course, 2220 83rd St. on Sunday night.

A victim received harassing messages on Facebook from whom she believes is a family member of her ex-boyfriend, police said.

Mailbox mischief 

A resident reported that a mailbox was ripped off its post and left in the middle of her driveway in the 1500 block of Saranell Avenue on Sunday night, police said.

Hit, hit and run

A vehicle struck a street sign and then a tree and fled on Friday in the 2000 block of Three Farms Avenue, police said.
