False Report
Tremayne J. Robertson, 36, of the 9700 block of South California Avenue in Evergreen Park, was arrested around 11:45 a.m. near the intersection of Industrial Drive and North Aurora Road and charged with making a false report of an offense. Police said Robertson called to report that his vehicle was stolen, knowing that his ex-girlfriend was driving it and would be returning in a few minutes.
Fighting
Le Veechie LaShawn Williams, 35, of the 300 block of Klein Creek Street in Carol Stream, was arrested around 6 a.m. in the 1600 block of Masters Court and charged with fighting. His bail was set at $120.

Gas Theft
An employee at Speedway gas station, 631 S. Rte. 59 in , reported that around 5 p.m. someone pumped 10 gallons of gas into a dark-colored Buick and fled eastbound on North Aurora Road.
Stolen Wallet
A 24-year-old woman reported that her wallet was taken from her purse while she was eating at Cracker Barrel, 1855 Diehl Rd. in . She said she believed someone stole the wallet between 4:45 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Police said her credit cards were subsequently used at various businesses in neighboring cities.

Disorderly Conduct
Andrew J. Campbell, 21, of the 100 block of Loomis Street in , was arrested around 3:20 a.m. at his home and charged with disorderly conduct. His bail was set at $1,500.
Driving Under the Influence
Bobby L. Pryor, 25, of the 2100 block of Baker Street in Aurora, was arrested around 3:10 a.m. in the 1500 block of Aurora Avenue. Police said Prior's car was found stopped in the roadway near the police department. Not long before that, he had driven his vehicle up on the median and hit a sign post and two trees, police said. When they approached him, he was sitting at the wheel unaware that he had been in a crash, according to the report. He was charged with criminal damage to property, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, failure to notify driver of damage to his or her unattended vehicle, illegal lane use and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was set at $3,000.
Michael D. Peterson, 26, of the 2100 block of Allegre Circle in , was arrested around 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of North Aurora Road and Route 59. He was charged with operating an uninsured motor vehicle, speeding over the statutory limit and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was set at $3,000
Erin E. Brown, 27, of the 1300 block of Lorraine Drive in Wheaton, was arrested around 1:10 a.m. near the intersection of Naper Boulevard and Ogden Avenue. She was charged with failure to use a turn signal when required, improper lane use, disobeying a traffic control device and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was set at $3,000.
Lucas J. Larocca, 61, of the first block of Channing Lane in Natural Bridge, Va., was arrested around 12:15 a.m. near the intersection of Porter Avenue and Washington Street and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of violating the lights and lamps act. His bail was set at $3,000.
Criminal Damage to Property
Sean M. Heffner, 25, of the 7800 block of South Adams Street in Darien, was arrested around 11:45 p.m. in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue and charged with knowingly damaging property. His bail was set at $1,500.
Tree Hacking
A 32-year-old man, living in the 1500 block of Terrance Drive in , reported that someone used a saw to cut down his maple tree and also tried to cut down his apple tree. He said he believed someone hacked the trees overnight. The report was made around 7:30 a.m.
Speeding More than 40 mph Over Limit
Hany M. Kurdi, 25, of the 8100 block of West North Avenue in Wauwatosa, Wis., was arrested around 11:45 p.m. near the intersection of Shore Road and Diehl Road and charged with speeding more than 40 mph over the limit. His bail was set at $2,000.
Aggravated Assault
Deborah L. Braun, 55, of the 50000 block of Beaver Road in Aberdeen, Miss., was arrested around 7:45 p.m. in the 2500 block of Eldorado Lane. She was charged with resisting a peace officer, criminal trespassing and aggravated assault. Her bail was set at $1,500.
Driving Under the Influence
Mark Kowalski, 43, of the 800 block of Chelsea Court in Aurora, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. near the intersection of Ogden Avenue and Naper Boulevard and charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and one count of failure to reduce speed. His bail was set at $3,000.
Kayla R. Brown, 23, of the 23500 block of Anderson Street in Plainfield, was arrested around 5:15 a.m. near the intersection of Aurora Avenue and River Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and interfering with an officer. Her bail was set at $3,000.
Bryan J. Seibel, 31, of the 200 block of Cane Garden Circle in Aurora, was arrested around 3 a.m. near the intersection of 95th Street and Route 59. He was charged with speeding over the statutory limit, driving without wearing a seatbelt, possession of marijuana, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was set at $3,000.
Patrick R. Gibellina, 31, of the 8200 block of West Leland Avenue in Norridge, was arrested around 3 a.m. near the intersection of Brookdale Road and Route 59. He was charged with speeding over the statutory limit and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was set at $3,000.

Bradley J. Evans, 31, of the 800 block of Taylor Avenue in Aurora, was arrested around 1:45 a.m. near the intersection of Washington Street and Jefferson Avenue and charged with battery and battery causing bodily harm. His bail was set at $1,500.
