Police Blotter: Cannabis Possession, DUI
Naperville Police Department reports, March 15

Driving under the influence
- Mark Steven Prchal, 36, of the 3100 block of Bromley Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 11:41 p.m. near 7th Avenue and North Washington Street, the said. He was charged with speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $3,000.
- Police said Nashawn Raines, 39, of the 700 block of Clearwood in Aurora, was arrested at 2:09 a.m. near McCoy Drive and South Route 59. He was charged with illegal possession/transportation of liquor, improper lane usage and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $3,000.
- Shawnae K. Craig, 23, of the 3700 block of Bluejay Lane, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. near Ogden Avenue and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with disobeying a traffic control device, illegal lane usage, illegal possession/transportation of liquor and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bond was $3,000.
- Robert Lesley Klages, 27, of the 14000 block of Ash Street in Orland Park, was arrested at 11:34 p.m. near East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street, police said. He was charged with disobeying a stop sign, illegal possession/transportation of liquor and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $3,000.
Suspended license
Jose A. Moreno, 25, of the 100 block of Capes Drive in Elburn, was arrested at 7:13 p.m. near Foot Hill drive and Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with illegal lane usage and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $1,500.
No driver’s license
Police said Israel Gonzalez Rodriguez, 22, of the first block of South Testa Drive, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue. He was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, driving without a driver’s license and a failure to appear warrant. His bond was $2,000.
Possession
Jimmy James Reed, 52, of the 2400 block of Marshall Parkway in Waukegan, was arrested at 10:25 p.m. near Testa Drive and South Whispering Hills Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.
