Driving under the influence

  • Police said Kari Ann Kahn, 38, of the 1100 block of Preserve Avenue, was arrested at 5:20 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Ogden Avenue. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and failing to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions. Her bond was $300.
  • Michael Edward Tamraz, 23, of the 1800 block of Ranchview Drive, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. at Hobson and Wehrli roads,  said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, possession of drug paraphernalia, illegal lane use and possession of cannabis. His bail was $3,000. 

Unlawful use of weapons

Police said Brandon Thompson Bushur, 28, of the 500 block of Edgebrook in Shorewood, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. He was charged with unlawful use of weapons, driving while uninsured, driving while uninsured and under a suspension and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $300. 

Uninsured

  • Trenton Devan Blank, 21, of the 600 block of West New York Street in Aurora, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, driving while uninsured and driving without a license. His bail was $2,000.
  • Police said Tanya Maria Johnson, 43, of the 900 block of Lilac Lane, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. at Aurora Avenue and Clover Court. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license, driving without insurance and driving without insurance while under a suspension. Her bail was $3,000.

Warrant arrest

  • Sampson F. Burton, 50, of the 4700 block of Cameron Ridge in Indianapolis, IN, was arrested at 10:56 a.m. at North Route 59 and East Interstate 88, police said. He was charged on an outstanding warrant and in connection with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $500.
  • Nicole Ellen Allen, 41, of the 2400 block of Eldorado Court, was arrested at 5:55 p.m. at her home, police said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bond was $150.
  • Police said Joseph Michael Vicks, 24 of the 3000 block of Kentshire Circle, was arrested at 10:16 p.m. at his home. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. He was taken to the Will County Jail.
  • Corrine Ashley Marks, 22 of the first block of North Main Street, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. in the 1900 block of South Washington Street, police said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bail was $1,500. 

Theft

Police said a 21-year-old man was cited with theft of two bottles of Mountain Dew at a business in the 1200 block of East Chicago Avenue.

Criminal damage

  • A 57-year-old man in the 400 block of East 75th Street reported that between Friday afternoon and Saturday morning, a trailer parked in a lot had a tire punctured by a sharp object, police said.
  • Police said a 38-year-old woman in the 400 block of Highland Avenue reported windows were broken Friday.
