Police Blotter: Driving a Taxi Without a License, Paraphernalia Possession

Public indecency

Martin Agustin, 33, of the 1400 block of Fairway Drive, was arrested at 3:06 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged on an original warrant in connection with public indecency and lewd exposure. 

Interfering with an officer

Kazem Kevin Saadatmandi, 48, of the 6S200 block of Old Eola Road in Aurora, was arrested at 6:24 p.m., police said. He was charged with interfering with an officer, operating a taxi without a driver’s permit and improper use of a registration or title. His bond was $120. 

Warrant arrest

Maurice Antwaun Boothe, 40, of the 4000 block of Blackstone Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 8:17 p.m. in the 1900 block of McDowell Road, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant. His bail was $4,000.

Possession

Police said Jarret Connor Clark, 18, of the 700 block of Walnut Street in Batavia, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. in the 300 block of East Chicago Avenue. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.

Suspended license

  • Roberto Banos, 45, of the 600 block of East Fullerton Avenue in Glendale Heights, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. in the 300 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving without insurance and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $2,000.
  • Edgar Ignacio Delgado, 22, of the 200 block of Monroe Drive in Oswego, was arrested at 11:23 a.m. in the 3000 block of 111th Street near South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. His bail was $2,000.

Driving under the influence

Kevin Francis Maggard, 48, of the 700 block of Chesterfield Avenue, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. at Aurora Avenue and South Eagle Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, driving uninsured, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, improper lane use and failing to signal. His bail was $3,000.

Theft

Police said an 80-year-old woman in the 1200 block of Catalpa Lane reported that someone stole her metal garbage can overnight.
