Driving under the influence

Ronald Paul Duhame, 49, of the 200 block of Steamboat Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested at 8:11 p.m. near West 75th Street and Book Road, the  said. He was charged with illegal possession/transportation of liquor, driving on suspended/revoked license, operating a vehicle without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.  

Vehicles burglarized

  • Police said numerous vehicles were burglarized overnight Tuesday in the 100 block of North Ewing Street. On Wednesday, . 
  • A 39-year-old woman reported that someone entered her open garage in the 3800 block of Grassmere Road and removed a watch and golf clubs from a vehicle Tuesday night, police said.

Lost dog

A lost 5-year-old black male miniature poodle without a collar or chip was found at 8:22 a.m. Wednesday in the 2900 block of Kentshire Circle, police said.  

Slashed soft top

A soft-top passenger window on a 2004 Jeep Wrangler was slashed in the 800 block of North Mill Street, police said.

Speakers stolen

A subwoofer/amplifier combo was stolen out of a resident's unsecured Jeep Wrangler on Wednesday in the 400 block of Spring Avenue, police said.

Property damage

  • Graffiti was found on an electric box in the 400 block of Saint Charles Avenue, police said.
  • A car was keyed in the 1600 block of Lonsdale Avenue between May 17 and Tuesday, police said.

Theft

Three Michelin tires were stolen from a back parking lot in the 1300 block of East Ogden Avenue between noon and 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
