Driving under the influence
James Robert Duggan, 38, of the 2600 block of Discovery Drive in Plainfield, was arrested at 1:58 a.m. near East 75th Street and South Washington Street, the said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
Warrant
Devin James Zentmyer, 25, of the 1300 block of Crab Apple Circle, was arrested at 10:20 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,500.
