Police Blotter: Forging a Prescription, Public Urination, Bike Swiped
Naperville Police Department reports, April 4

Forgery
Michael Alan Lemm, 54, of the 400 block of Arlington Avenue in Westmont, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. at Osco Drug Store, 1755 W. Ogden Avenue. He was charged on an original warrant related to unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance, unlawful acquisition of a prescription form and forgery. He was taken to DuPage County Jail.
Driving under the influence
Alba Louvia Raygoza, 22, of the 200 block of Murphy Drive in Romeoville, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. in the 1900 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bond was $300.
Suspended license
Maricela Velazquez-Hernandez, 41, of the 300 block of Ash Lane in Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 5:23 p.m. at West Fifth and West Ogden avenues, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. Her bond was $300.

Warrant arrest
- Jacoby Johnisch Hoover, 43, of the 200 block of West 59th Street in Hinsdale, was arrested at 11:25 p.m. at Hobson Road and Market Avenue, police said. He was charged on an outstanding warrant and also with driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. His bond was $200.
- Police said Armando Pacindo, 20, of the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive, was arrested at 8:44 p.m. in the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $250.
- Nikki Lynn Igbokidi, 22, of the 1600 block of Kiowa Drive, was arrested at 9:44 p.m. at the , 1350 Aurora Ave., police said. She was charged on two outstanding warrants and with possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
- Police said Kimberly Lynn Getty, 42, of the 2200 block of Foxboro Lane was arrested at 8:09 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant for driving under the influence. Her bond was $500.
Public urination
Police cited Anthony R. Zaffino with public urination at 11:48 p.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue, reports said.
Unlicensed
Police said Martin Uribe, 29, of the 700 block of Ruby Street in Joliet, was arrested at 9:46 p.m. at East Gartner Road and South Washington Street. He was charged with driving without a license. His bond was $150.

Theft
- A 37-year-old man reported his bicycle was stolen from the Metra train station on Monday between 7 a.m. and 6:15 p.m., police said.
- Someone reported that between Feb. 24 and Wednesday, two boys entered a business in the 3100 block of South Route 59 and stole liquor, police said.
