Police Blotter: Holiday Lights Get Cut, Party Gets Busted
Naperville Police Department reports, Dec. 19

Warrant arrest
Deandre Deshone Bluford, 25, of the 1100 block of Kane Street in Aurora, was arrested at 2:10 p.m. in the 3100 block of 111th Street, police said. He was charged on a warrant from Will County, and with retail theft and obstructing justice. He was released to another law enforcement agency.
Retail theft
Kathleen Sue Deck, 59, of the 1200 block of Lakewood Circle, was arrested at 6:27 p.m. at Jewel, 1759 W. Ogden Ave., police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bond was $150.
Possession
Alexander Irwin Frueh, 18, of the 1100 block of Olympus Drive, was arrested at 10:33 p.m. at his home, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and contributing to the delinquency of a minor for hosting a party. His bond was $120.

Theft
A 37-year-old woman in the 900 block of Genesee Court reported that someone stole UPS packages from her front door between 5:37 and 9:30 p.m. Dec. 15, police said.
Burglary
Someone reported that someone removed a Maytag washer and dryer set from within a home in the 3700 block of Highknob Circle between Dec. 3 and 17, police said. There was no forced entry to the home and the lock box was on the door. The items were valued at about $1,500

Criminal damage
A 72-year-old man in the 1500 block of Welton Court reported that his Christmas light display was vandalized by someone who cut the wires, police said.
