Rizon Earl Lee, 26, was arrested at 3:15 a.m. in the 3200 block of Washington Boulevard, Naperville Police Department said. He was charged with identity theft and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Christian Velasquez, 21, was arrested at 8:37 p.m. near Bruce Lane and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance. He posted bond.
