Police Blotter: Parole Violation, BB Damage, Tree on Fire
Naperville Police Department reports, March 22

Warrant
- Weiguo Cheng, 38, of the 2500 block of Dewes Lane, was arrested at 9:10 a.m. near South Naper Boulevard and East Gartner Road, police said. He was charged on two failure to appear warrants. His bail was $9,000.
- Police said Theresa Lorraine Schulz, 38, of the 1900 block of Continental Avenue, was arrested at 7:27 a.m. at her residence. She was charged on a failure to appear warrant. Her bail was $5,000.
- Devonte Robert Woods, 18, of the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, was arrested at 6:56 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail.
- Richard Donald Meisinger, 48, of the 13300 block of Blakely Drive, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. in the 1200 block of Rickert Drive, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant. His bail was $3,000.
Interfering with an officer
Kelsey Lynn Hendricksen, 22, of the 200 block of North Lincoln Way in North Aurora, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. near Bordeaux Lane and Beaumont Drive, police said. She was charged with interfering with an officer. Her bond was $120.
Unlicensed
Dimas Palacios Hernandez, 29, of the 100 block of Springwood Drive, was arrested at 4:29 p.m. near Route 59 and West 87th Street, police said. He was charged with driving without a license. His bond was $150.
Suspended license
- Demetrius Daute Powell, 22, of the 100 block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. in the 100 block of Testa Drive, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $150.
- Javier Ortega-Hernandez, 37, of the 0-99 block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 5:30 a.m. near South Whispering Hills Drive and Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving on a revoked/suspended license, failure to give a signal, expired registration and no muffler. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
Driving under the influence
Kole Ian Bennett, 25, of the 800 block of Beaumont Drive, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. near Bordeaux Lane and Beaumont Drive, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Parole violation
Jermaine D. Fields-Alexander, 18, of the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, was arrested at 5:21 a.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with illegal possession of ammunition, resisting a peace officer and violating parole. He was transported to DuPage County Jail.
Blooming too fast?
Police said a 60-year-old man reported a tree on fire in his yard on the 1300 block of Murdstone Drive on Thursday.

Property damage
Police said an 89-year-old man reported his garage was damaged by a BB gun in the 300 block of West Franklin Avenue between January 1 and Thursday.
