Police Blotter: Possession of Cannabis, Property Damage, Balloon Bandits

Theft of labor/services

Stephanie Elisabeth Ryan, 41, of the 300 block of Rowan Court, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, said. She was charged with theft of labor/services. Her bond was $1,000.

Possession of cannabis

  • Eurisko Ein Pebenito, 18, of the 2500 block of Versailles Avenue, was arrested at 9:01 p.m. near Argyll Lane and Glenoban Drive, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of a controlled substance. His bond was $1,000.
  • Ivan Huerta, 19, of the 900 block of Community Drive in Wheaton, was arrested at 8:54 p.m. near Warrenville Road and Freedom Drive, police said. He was charged with a windshield and/or rear window obstruction and possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.

Warrant arrest

  • Michael Jerome Bucko, 19, of the 1800 block of Michigan Avenue, was arrested at 11:48 p.m. near Fairway Drive and Inland Circle, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,000.
  • Adan Cruz-Perez, 26, of the 1000 block of West Main Street in St. Charles, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. in the 1400 block of Raymond Drive, police said. He was charged with failure to give a signal, no driver’s license, operating a vehicle without insurance and a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,000.
  • Sigifredo Serna Duran, 28, of the 900 block of North Sleight Street, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. near North Sleight Street and East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, driving on suspended/revoked license and a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $12,000.

Graffiti spree continues

  • The word "snow" was written in purple spray pain on the west side of two reality signs along the north and northwest corner in the 700 block of Royal Saint George, police said.
  • The word "snow" was written in purple paint marker on a light green utility box in the 1000 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said.
  • The words "snow" and "yoooooo!" were written on a utility box in 1100 block of West Ogden Avenue, police said.

Balloon bandits

A woman's vehicle was damaged by water balloons thrown at her vehicle near Lisson Road and Wehrli Road, police said.

Smashed window

A rear window of a 2006 Honda Odyssey was broken in the 3800 block of Celeste Lane, police said.

Property damage

New planted flowers were ripped out of flower beds and tent that was covering Bobcat and snow removal supplies was ripped in the 1300 block of North Mill Street, police said.
