Police Blotter: Possession of Explosive, Walking Under the Influence

Controlled substance

Laquisha Wanette Banks, 28, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 12:37 p.m. in the 600 block of North Route 59, the said. She was charged with an unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance and transported to DuPage County Jail.

Consumption of liquor by minor

Lawrence Frede Spencer, 18, of the 500 block of Bell Drive, was arrested at 12:49 a.m. in the 2300 block of Keim Road, police said. He was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and interfering with an officer. His bond was $120.

Driving under the influence

• Ronald Lee Murray, 45, of the 19900 block of Mynster Springs Road in Council Bluffs, Iowa, was arrested at 11:21 p.m. near Golden Gate Lane and North Aurora Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said Jaqueline Lizet Gramillo, 21, of the 100 block of south Rosedale Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and Clover Court. She was charged with speeding 31-40 MPH over the limit and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
• Michael Patrick Nilles, 23, of the 1400 block of Farington Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Main Street, police said. He was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle, following too close, violating the lamps and lights act and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Warrant

• Juan M. Romero, 54, of the 100 block of West Galena Boulevard in Aurora, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. in the 900 block of Washington Street, police said. He was charged with a failure to appear warrant and transported to DuPage County Jail.
• Police said James Timothy Dauber, 25, of the 0-99 block of Forestview Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. near Aurora Avenue and South Main Street. He was charged with a failure to appear warrant. His bail was $6,000.

James Robert McIntosh, 38, of the 3 South 300 block of Wilbur in Warrenville, was arrested at 2:12 p.m. in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis and a failure to appear warrant. His bond was $120.

Identity theft

Wilfred Antion Acres, 22, of the 200 block of South 17^th Street in Saint Charles, was arrested at 11 a.m. at the Saint Charles Police Department, police said. He was charged with identity theft. His bail was $3,000.

Driving under the influence

• Bradley Kelvin Hudetz, 28, of the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. near West Ogden Avenue and North River Road, police said. He was charged with crossing double yellow lines, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to give a signal and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said Michael Jude O’Malley, 35, of the 7 South 600 block of Lynn Drive, was arrested at 2:13 a.m. near Rickert Drive and West Ogden Avenue. He was charged with speeding over the statutory limit and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Greg Alan Stark, 51, of the 200 block of East McKinley Street in Hinckley, was arrested at 10:17 p.m. in the 1100 block of East Warrenville Road, police said. He was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
• Police said James Patrick Conrad, 27, of the 3800 block of North Hermitage Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 8:28 p.m. in the 800 block of South Washington Street. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Michael Gerard Brown, 41, of the 9200 block of South Hamilton in Chicago, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. near East Ogden Avenue and North Columbia Street, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, operating a vehicle without insurance, improper lane usage, speeding, possession of cannabis and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said Gerald Allen Morro, 39, of the 3800 block of North Panama Avenue in Chicago was arrested at 11:17 p.m. near Winfield Road and West Diehl Road. He was charged with improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Warrant

• Joshua Butcher Class, 18, of the 1800 block of Sante Fe Drive, was arrested at 4:58 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with a failure to appear warrant. His bond was $100.
• Police said Kallie Robin Gabriel, 20, of the 700 block of Caliente Court in Libertyville, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue. She was charged with a failure to appear warrant. Her bond was $100.

Driving under the influence

• Amber R. Vargas, 26, of the 300 block of Bertram Drive in Yorkville, was arrested at 1:59 a.m. near North River Road and West Ogden Avenue, police said. She was charged with violating the lamps and lights act, improper lane use and driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
• Police said Danielle Anne Ilardo, 23, of the 200 block of Forest Edge Drive in Palos Park, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. near North Washington Street and East Ogden Avenue. She was charged with disobeying a traffic control signal and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bond was $100.
• Police said Justin Reid Hickman, 28, of the 2600 block of Rockport Lane, was arrested at 1:34 a.m. near Meridian Lakes Drive and North Route 59 in Aurora. He was charged with a traffic control violation, operating an uninsured vehicle and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said Jose Roberto Centeno-Lopez, 22, of the 900 block of Palace Street in Aurora, was arrested at 2:32 a.m. in the 400 block of South Route 59. He was charged with improper lane use, following too close and two counts of driving under the influence. His bail was $3,000.
• Jaime Lopez Medina, 38, of the 1000 block of Lorlyn Circle in Batavia, was arrested at 3 a.m. near East I-88 and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with a failure to appear warrant, operating an uninsured vehicle, failure to give a signal, illegal lane usee, no driver’s license and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Suspended license

Darian W. Sims, 36, of the 8000 block of South Langley in Chicago, was arrested at 4:14 a.m. near Hassert Boulevard and Book Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and illegal transportation of liquor.

Possession

• Ashley Marie Angell, 26, of the 500 block of Tewksbury Court in Oswego, was arrested at 11:36 p.m. in the 700 block of South Route 59, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, disobeying a traffic control signal, improper turn at an intersection and driving under the influence of drugs. Her bond was $300.
• Pashaun Yane Freeman, 29, of the 30 West 0-99 block of Valencia Court, was arrested at 2:46 a.m. near Ferry Road and North Route 59. She was charged with possession cannabis and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.

Deceptive practice

Luis Antonio Martinez, 20, of the 500 block of Child Street, Rochester, NY, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with deceptive practice. His bail was $2,000.

Theft

Erika Leigh Coker, 19, of the 7800 block of Boxwood Lane in Plainfield, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged with two counts of theft. Her bond was $100.

Warrant

Christina Maria Williams, 48, of the 1200 block of Chalet Road, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. at her residence, police said. She was charged with a failure to appear warrant. Her bail was $1,000.

Possession of explosive

Jospeh Michael Schwab, 33, of the 800 block of Plainfield Naperville Road, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. at his residence, police said. He was charged with possession of an explosive/incendiary device and other charges. He was transported to DuPage County jail.

Theft

Demetrius Lynn Broddus, 22, of the 5 South 0-99 block of Pebblewood, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with trespassing a residence and theft. His bail was $10,000.

Interfering with an officer

David Robert Brest, 36, of the 2300 block of Moonlight Court in Aurora, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. in the 2600 block of Showplace Drive, police said. He was charged with being a pedestrian under the influence and interfering with an officer. His bond was $120.

Property damage

Police said a resident reported that on March 15 someone threw a rock at a bedroom window in the 2900 block of Rutland Circle and broke the window.

Suspicious incident

Someone reported that a small brush fire was started by unknown means in a parking lot located in the 2000 block of Lucent Lane on the night of March 15, police said.
