Police Blotter: Possession, Theft, Negative Campaigning
Naperville Police Department reports, March 13

Uninsured
Victor Manuel Ventura-Temich, 23, of the 200 block of Pepper Tree Lane in Aurora, was arrested at 8:33 p.m. near West Fifth Avenue and West Ogden Avenue, said. He was charged with driving without a driver’s license and operating an uninsured vehicle. His bond was $2,000.
DUI without a license
Natalie D. Hall, 54, of the 1200 block of Whispering Hills Court, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. at her home, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a driver’s license. Her bond was $3,000.
Suspended license
Police said Randy Marquette Jones, 24, of the 4100 block of Chesapeake Landing in Aurora, was arrested at 7:51 a.m. in the 1800 block of Lasalle Avenue/North Route 59. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $1,500.

Warrants
- Jessie Levi Jenkins, 32, of the 2000 block of Best Place in Aurora, was arrested at 2:19 a.m. in the 1100 block of Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $1,000.
- Dorjgotov Altangerel, 25, of the 6000 block of North Winthrop Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 2:23 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue. He was charged with two counts on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $200.
Bail bond violation
Police said Elizabeth Anne Dutour, 31, of the 1400 block of West Jefferson Avenue, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. at her home. She was charged with violating a bail bond and taken to DuPage County Jail.
Theft
Orion H. Jacoby, 24, of the 1200 block of Natchez Trace Circle, was arrested at 1:54 p.m. in the 2600 block of West 75th Street, police said. He was charged with retail theft after police said he concealed several food items under his leather trench coach and left the store. His bond was $1,500.

Possession
- Edvinas Mickevicius, 18, of the 800 block of Benedetti Drive, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. near North Washington Street and Iroquois Avenue, police said. He was charged with not wearing a seat belt and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.
- Samantha Rae Rothmund, 18, of the 300 block of West 6th Avenue, was arrested at 11:20 p.m. near North Washington Street and Iroquois Avenue, police said. She was charged with speeding, not wearing a seat belt and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was $120.
Theft
A 67-year-old male reported that someone took two campaign signs near 75th Street and Rickert Drive on March 13.
