Police Blotter: Stalking, Sticky Situation, Stolen Signs
Naperville Police Department reports, March 19

Monday, March 19
Warrant arrest
Pedro Perez, 21, of the 1800 block of Cattail Circle in Aurora, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. near 111th Street and South Route 59, the said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant. His bail was $5,000.
Driving under the influence
- Pedro Martinez, 32, of the 2900 block of North Mango Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 2:52 a.m. near West Ogden Avenue and North River Road, police said. He was charged with operating an uninsured vehicle and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
- Angela Renee Sell, 31, of the 800 block of South River Road, was arrested at 1:25 a.m. near South West Street and Oswego Road, police said. She was charged with illegal possession/transportation of alcohol, using unsafe tires and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
Stalking
Randall P. Foltyniewicz, 33, of the 700 block of South Gables Boulevard in Wheaton, was arrested at 10:59 a.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged with stalking.
Unlicensed
Marco A. Diaz, 38, of the 2700 block of Kaminsky in Chicago, was arrested at 3:02 a.m. near West Ogden Avenue and North River Road, police said. He was charged with driving without a driver’s license. His bail was $1,500.

Suspended license
- Steven Thomas Bus, 20, of the 2100 block of Countryside Circle, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. near West 87th Street and Modaff Road, police said. He was charged with not wearing a seat belt and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
- Pascual Duenas Aguilar, 28, of the 100 block of Testa Drive, was arrested at 8:26 p.m. near Encina and Testa drives, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
Mischief
Police said a 52-year-old man reported that someone tied a rubber hose across the street at South Whispering Hills Drive between Book Road and Saranell Avenue on the night of March 18.
Stolen campaign signs
A 51-year-old man in the 2800 block of Breckenridge Lane reported that political signs were stolen from his front lawn overnight, police said.

Sticky situation
A 40-year-old woman reported that overnight someone damaged the deadbolt on her apartment door with glue or something similar, police said.
