Naperville Police Department reports, Nov. 23-27

Wednesday, Nov. 23

Unlawful acquisition

Eileen P. Carlson, 48, of the 300 block of Chippewa Lane, West Chicago, was arrested at 2:58 p.m. in the 1200 block of Hobson Road, police said. She was charged with unlawful acquisition of a controlled substance. Her bail was $1,500.

Driving under the influence

  • Faith Christine Stika, 49, of the 24000 block of Pear Tree Circle, was arrested at 11:51 p.m. at 95th Street and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding, failing to signal and driving without insurance. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Dorothy A. Probst, 55, of the 1500 block of Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at West Ogden Avenue and Royal Saint George Drive, police said. She was charged with possession of cannabis, driving under the influence of drugs and failing to yield while turning left. Her bail was $3,000.

Warrant arrest

Christopher John Dearnley, 18, of the 900 block of Hidden Lake Road, was arrested at 12:01 p.m. at the , 1350 Aurora Avenue, where he was charged on an original warrant for aggravated driving under the influence, police said. His bail was $10,000. He turned himself into police.

Armed robbery

21, of the 200 block of Bay Colony Drive, was arrested at 10 p.m. in the 1700 block of South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with armed robbery involving a firearm, police said. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Burglary

A 28-year-old woman in the 1600 block of Country Lakes Drive reported that $60 in cash and two rings were stolen between Oct. 1 and Nov. 23, police said.

Criminal damage

A 50-year-old man in the 2200 block of University Drive reported that overnight someone threw a pumpkin at his mailbox, splitting the mailbox post, police said.

Stolen vehicle

Police said a 33-year-old man in the 1400 block of West Jefferson Avenue reported that between 5:50 and 9 a.m. someone stole his charcoal gray 2010 Ford Escape.

Simple battery

Police said a 29-year-old man in the 600 block of South Washington Street reported that a cab driver spit in his face.

Thursday, Nov. 24

Driving under the influence

  • Kimberly Johnson Redd, 41, of the 100 block of Pineridge Drive South, Oswego, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. at West Diehl Road and Raymond Drive, police said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000. She was charged after her vehicle broke down with two flat tires, police reports said.
  • Jerald Phillip Williams, 24, of the 6900 block of North Ashland, Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. at Hobson Road and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. His bail was $3,000.
  • Shelly P. Soohoo, 23, of the 500 block of Conservatory Lane, Aurora, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. at Commons Drive and East New York Street, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, speeding and failing to signal. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Jesus Hernandez, 54, of the 900 block of Rural Street, Aurora, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. in the 3100 block of South Route 59, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver.
  • Eric Michael Long, 36, of the 400 block of Seminary Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. at Raymond Drive and Queensgreen Circle, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of drugs, two counts of not driving on the right side of a four-lane road and unlawful use of intoxicating compounds. He was taken to the DuPage County jail.

Vehicle burglary

Jordan Damon Herring, 18, of the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, was arrested at 7:33 a.m. in the 300 block of South Whispering Hills Drive, where he was charged with burglary from a vehicle, police said.

Resisting an officer

Donica Duche Smith, 23, of 1100 block of Richards Street in Joliet, was arrested at 12:45 a.m. at Rollingridge Road and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with driving without insurance, speeding, obstructing justice and resisting a peace officer. Her bail was $2,000.

Battery

Matthew R. Dlouhy, 24, of the 2100 block of Pepperwood Lane, Glendale Heights, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. in the first block of West Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery. His bail was $1,000.

Public urination

Michael Caputo was cited in the first block of West Jefferson Avenue for public urination, according to police.

Missing wallet

A 24-year-old man in the 1700 block of North Aurora Road reported that he misplaced a wallet containing $850 somewhere in Naperville or Bolingbrook, police said.

Criminal damage

A 35-year-old man in the 2100 block of University drive reported that a pumpkin damaged his mailbox post, police said.

Friday, Nov. 25

Suspended license

  • Jose Valentin Sosa, 27, of the 5000 block of River Road in Schiller Park, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. at North Washington Street and Apache Drive, police said. He was charged with improper lane use and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $1,500.
  • Scott Nicholas Cameron, 21, of the 100 block of Picasso Drive in St. Charles, was arrested at 10:23 p.m. at the intersection of the North Washington Street bridge and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and violating the lights and lamps act. His bond was $150.
  • Christina Joy Cruz, 32, of the 700 block of Inland Circle, was arrested at 7 p.m. at Cantore Road and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with making an improper lane change without signaling, speeding, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance.

Warrant arrest

  • Jefrey S. Vosecek, 52, of the 1300 block of Cherry Road in Oswego, was arrested at 11:38 p.m. in the 1000 block of 104th Street and Plainfield-Naperville Road, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant. His bond was $108.
  • Mark Eugene Williams, 57, of the 500 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. in the 1500 block of West Jefferson Avenue, police said. He was charged on an original warrant and with resisting a peace officer, knowingly damaging property and two other charges. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.

Driving without a license

Marco Antonio Bello-Esquivel, 21, of the 700 block of Royal Saint George Drive, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. at West Ogden and West Fifth avenues, police said. He was charged with driving without a license and driving without a rear registration plate. His bail was $1,500.

Driving under the influence

Thomas Robert Krieger, 34, of the 1500 block of Country Lakes Drive, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. at North Route 59 and North Aurora Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, failing to reduce speed/driving too fast for conditions and driving without insurance. His bond was $300.

Possession

Anthony Nicholas Nanfria, 24, of the 1300 block of Hall Court, Batavia, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Ogden and West Fifth avenues, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.

Saturday, Nov. 26

Driving under the influence

  • Adrian Martinez, 23, of the first block of Breckenridge Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. in the 200 block of South Washington Street, where he was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a rear registration plate. His bail was $3,000.
  • Dhakshana Manickam, 53, of the 1300 block of Sycamore Road in DeKalb, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. in the 1500 block of West Ogden and Quincy avenues, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeying a traffic control signal and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle. His bond was $100.

Fighting

Jessica Elizabeth Smith, 23, of the 300 block of Park Ridge Lane in Aurora, was arrested at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged with two counts of fighting. Her bond was $120.

Suspended license

  • Taylor T. Aisha, 27, of the 200 block of Pine Tree Court, Michigan City, IN, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. in the 2900 block of 95th Street and South Route 59, police said. She was charged with driving with an expired registration, driving on a suspended/revoked license and driving without insurance. Her bond was $200.
  • Erik Paul Lat, 25, of the 200 block of Glenwood Avenue in Willow Springs, was arrested at 8:59 p.m. in the 400 block of South Washington Street in Aurora, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $150.

Retail theft

Matthew John Whalen, 25, of the 1600 block of Wehrli Road, was arrested at 2:23 a.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue, where he was charged with retail theft, police said. His bond was $120.

Warrant arrest

  • Daniel Robert Ossander, 18, of the 1500 block of Conan Doyle Road, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Avenue, police said. He was charged on two warrants for failure to appear. His bail was $5,000.
  • Connor Edward Kelly, 19, of the 3400 block of Poet Court, was arrested at the Naperville Police Department at 9:17 p.m., police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant from DuPage County. His bond was $900.

Theft

Someone reported that a person was seen carrying a sack of potatoes worth $40 out of a business in the first block of East Chicago Avenue, police said.

Burglary

A 38-year-old man in the 1500 block of Shenandoah Lane reported someone entered the first-floor window of his home wearing muddy shoes and leaving footprints on the carpet between 5:30 a.m. Nov. 23 and Saturday, police said. Nothing appeared to be stolen, but the man’s mailbox was also damaged with a pumpkin.

Sunday, Nov. 27

Driving under the influence

  • Alexandra D. Duriavich, 22, of the 0N600 block of High Lake Drive, West Chicago, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. at North Washington Street and 13th Avenue, police said. She was charged with speeding, improper lane use, driving without insurance and driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
  • Terri Lin Thomas, 42, of the 1200 block of South 4th Street in St. Charles, was arrested at 3:47 a.m. at Waterfall Street and North Aurora Road, police said. She was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor by a driver, using unsafe tires, driving without insurance improper use of a registration/title, driving with an expired registration and driving in the wrong lane. Her bond was $300.
  • Michael Marchiori, 23, of the 15000 block of South Dan O’Connell Drive, Plainfield, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. at Redstart Road and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, improper lane use, possession of cannabis and driving on a suspended revoked license. His bail was $3,000.
  • Brian Caprizo, 43, of the first block of West Station Street, Palatine, was arrested at 1:19 a.m. at Naperville Boulevard, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, driving without insurance, improper lane use, failing to signal, making an improper turn and crossing the double yellow lines. His bond was $300.

Battery

Robert James Kuhter, 41, of the 3S500 block of Burk Avenue, Warrenville, was arrested at 2:16 a.m. in the 400 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with battery and battery with intent to do bodily harm. His bail was $1,500.

Suspended license

  • Robert Lonie Johnson, 33, of the first block of Marie Curie Lane, Warrenville, was arrested at 10:12 p.m. at South Route 59 and 103rd Street, police said. He was charged with driving without insurance, failing to signal and driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bail was $3,000.
  • Rickeisha Rashawn Walker, 22, of the 3200 block of West Thomas Avenue, Chicago, was arrested at 11:05 p.m. in the 1200 block of South Washington Street and West 75th Street, police said. She was charged with having an expired registration, driving without insurance and driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bail was $2,000.

Interfering with an officer

Lisanne Marron, 48, of the 100 block of Keswick Drive, East Alsip, New York, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. in the 800 block of South Washington Street, police said. She was charged with interfering with an officer. Her bond was $120.

Warrant arrest

Christopher Joseph Netrefa, 24, of the 300 block of Bridgewater Lane in Bloomingdale, was arrested at 12:35 a.m. in the first block of West Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant from DuPage County. His bail was $1,000.

Retail theft

Isauro Santiago Martinez, 29, of the 700 block of Downer, Aurora, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. at Walmart, 776 S. Route 59, police said. He was charged with retail theft and obstructing identification. He was taken to the DuPage County Jail.
