Police Blotter: Teed Up Trespassers, Theft, DUI, Possession of Cannabis

Friday, May 11

Driving under the influence

• Rebecca Lynne Johnson, 25, of the 30300 block of Village Green Boulevard in Warrenville, was arrested at 1:45 a.m. near West Jefferson Avenue and South River Road,  said. She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding. Her bail was $3,000.
• Gregory A. Sebian-Magrow, 21, of the 1500 block of Bonaventure Drive, was arrested at 3:20 a.m. in the 1100 block of Barcroft Court, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $100.

Suspended/revoked license

• Daniel Walter Pierce, 21, of the 100 block of East Bailey Road, was arrested at 6:20 p.m. near Cedar Glade Drive and Leverenz Road, police said. He was charged with speeding, driving on suspended/revoked license and operating a vehicle without insurance. His bond was $200.
• Angela Katrice Martin, 30, of the 1700 block of Winterfield Drive in Aurora, was arrested at 8:44 a.m. near West Diehl Road and Route 59, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and operating a vehicle without insurance. Her bail was $3,000.

Disorderly conduct

Oscar R. Solorio-Rodriguez, 33, of the 400 block of Manor Place in Aurora, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. in the 600 block of Spring Avenue, police said. He was charged with disorderly conduct. His bond was $120.

Double bogey

Joseph Edward Stout, 41, of the 26400 block of Silverleaf Drive in Plainfield, and Jonathan Michael David, 25, of the 2300 block of Fawn Lake Circle were arrested at 9:14 a.m. in the 3400 block of Club Drive, police said. Both men were charged with criminal trespassing when police said they continued to play golf on the White Eagle Club golf course after being told to leave because they were not members. 

Unauthorized computer access

Heather Nicole Rieckert, 28, of the first block of Charity Lane in Bristol, was arrested at 6:32 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged with unauthorized computer access. Her bond was $1,000.

Warrant arrest

Khalid H. Abushaban, 18, of the 900 block of Fairway Drive, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. near North Aurora Road and Fairway Drive, police said. He was charged on a failure to appear warrant. His bail was $3,000.

Theft

A 52-year-old man reported that someone entered two unlocked vehicles on a driveway in the 300 block of Avena Circle and removed a wallet from one of the vehicles on Friday night, police said.

Saturday, May 12

Warrant arrest

• Police said Farren Rikyle James, 32, of the 30W100 block of Bruce Lane, was arrested at 2:27 a.m. in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $2,000.
• Augustus Pye, 21, of the 1400 block of Fairway Drive, was arrested at 2:04 a.m. in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $25,000.
• Police said Daniel J. Blanco, 19, of the 1200 block of Bainbridge Drive, was arrested at 9:34 a.m. at his home. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bond was $1,000.
• Joshua Butcher Class, 18, of the 1800 block of Santa Fe Drive, was arrested at 10:12 a.m. at his home, police said. He was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. His bail was $5,000.
• Carly Shannon Mahoney, 21, of the 600 block of Lafayette Street in Aurora, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. in the 1900 block of Brookdale Road, police said. She was charged on a failure-to-appear warrant. Her bail was $4,000.

Suspended/revoked license

Barbara Lauren Bensfield, 24, of the 1600 block of Ishnala Drive, was arrested at 8:09 p.m. near Washington Street and Redstart Road, police said. She was charged with driving on suspended/revoked license and muffler defects. Her bond was $150. 

Driving under the influence

• Kenneth J. Holada, 50, of the 25W200 block of Plank Road, was arrested at 6:50 p.m. in the 1000 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. His bond was $300.
• Police said Janet Rodriguez, 29, of the 8500 block of Mango Avenue in Morton Grove, was arrested at 11:59 p.m. near West Diehl Road and North Route 59. She was charged with not wearing a seat belt, illegal possession/transportation of liquor, two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol and a failure to appear warrant. Her bond was $300.
• Matthew Gregory Markiewicz, 23, of the 13200 block of Briar Patch Lane in Lemont, was arrested at 2:11 a.m. in the 2000 block of North Aurora Road, police said. He was charged with two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal possession/transportation of liquor, speeding, illegal lane usage and operating a vehicle without insurance. His bail was $3,000.

Theft

• Nikole Desmonica Fuller, 19, of the 1500 block of Westminster Drive, was arrested at 7:29 p.m. in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged with retail theft. Her bond was $150.
• Police said Nicole Ree Galbreath, 18, of the 1900 block of Sprucewood Court, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue. She was charged with theft. Her bond was $120.
• Jonathan Boyce Nuyen, 42, of the 1800 block of Friendship Road, was arrested at 1:00 p.m. near Celebration Drive and Odyssey Court, police said. He was charged with theft. His bond was $120.
• Ayala Lavonne Marberry, 19, of the 8100 block of South Troy in Chicago, was arrested at 7:18 p.m. in the 2700 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged with possession of stolen property, retail theft and resisting a peace officer. Her bond was $1,500. 

Possession

• Liam James Collins, 19, of the 10400 block of Dawn Avenue, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. in the 2500 block of Durango Lane, police said. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bond was $120.
• Police said Kyle George Hlavaty, 18, of the 1200 block of Hearthside Court, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. in the 2500 block of Durango Lane. He was charged with possession of cannabis. His bond was $120. 

Sunday, May 13

Pedestrian under the influence

• William James Buell, 30, of the 700 block of West Liberty in Wheaton, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. in the 100 block of East Ogden Avenue, police said. He was charged with public urination and pedestrian under the influence. His bond was $120.
• Anthony Michael Krause, 23, of the 700 block of West Liberty in Wheaton, was arrested at 9:04 p.m. near Center Street and East 6^th Avenue, police said. He was charged with pedestrian under the influence. His bond was $120. 

Fighting

• Adrian Mendoza, 27, of 1200 block of Ronzheimer in St. Charles, was arrested at 1:56 a.m. near West Jefferson Avenue and South Main Street, police said. He was charged with fighting. His bond was $120.
• Police said Benjamin Charles Thompson, 22, of the 1300 block of West Jefferson, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue. He was charged with fighting. His bond was $120.
• Daniel Jaerin Chang, 21, of the 1400 block of Stonegate Road, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. in the 500 block of Washington Street, police said. He was charged with fighting. His bond was $120.
• Police said Brandon Daniel Moffatt, 21, of the 1000 block of McClurg Drive in Batavia, was arrested at 2:44 a.m. in the 500 block of Washington Street. He was charged with fighting. His bond was $120.

Possession of paraphernalia 

Charles Tyrone Johnson, 19, of the 2900 block of Rutland Circle, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. in the 2800 block of 95^th Street, police said. He was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. His bond was $120.

Theft

• Michael Thomas McCue, 51, of the 2500 block of Warm Springs Lane, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. at his home. He was charged with criminal trespass to a building and theft. His bond was $1,500.
• Police said Dzianis Anatolievich Lysenka, 23, of the 5600 block of North Magnolia Boulevard in Chicago, was arrested at 1:48 a.m. in the first block of West Chicago Avenue. Police said he was charged with theft after stealing a Goose Island 312 beer tap from Features Bar and Grill. His bond was $120.

Battery

Matthew Paul Baumgartner, 22, of the first block of South Van Nortwick Avenue in Batavia, was arrested at 2:29 a.m. in the first block of East Chicago Avenue, police said. He was charged with two counts of battery and three counts of battery/bodily harm. His bond was $1,500.

Driving under the influence

• Police said Meghan A. Irle, 21, of the 1100 block of Huntleigh Drive, was arrested at 2:37 a.m. near Washington Street and Worthing Drive. She was charged with speeding, improper lane usage and two counts of driving under the influence of alcohol. Her bail was $3,000.
• Matthew Ryan Groch, 25, of the 8300 block of Lake Shore Trail in Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. near Benedetti Drive and Dana Court, police said. He was charged with failure to give a signal, improper lane usage, speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.
• Police said Timothy Earl Grandberry, 18, of the 7900 block of South Dante in Chicago, was arrested at 3:14 a.m. near 103^rd Street and South Route 59. He was charged with speeding, illegal possession/transportation of liquor and driving under the influence of drugs.
• Jose M. Delatorre, 37, of the 400 block of East Lorraine Avenue in Addison, was arrested at 2:38 a.m. near West Diehl Road and North Route 59, police said. He was charged with no driver’s license, improper lane usage and driving under the influence of alcohol. His bail was $3,000.

Suspended/revoked license

• Ben George Jungman, 36, of the 1600 block of North Hickory Street in Crest Hill, was arrested at 11:07 p.m. near Hobson Road and South Washington Street, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. His bond was $1,500.
• Kwang Ick Lee, 65, of the 3600 block of Lakeshore Drive in Chicago, was arrested at 5:53 p.m. in the 600 block of Edward Road, police said. He was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license and obstructing justice. His bond was $150 and was transported to DuPage County Jail.  
• Police said Aaron Tochimani, 28, of the 500 block of Oakwood Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. near West 75^th Street and Fort Hill Drive. He was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, no child restraint and driving on a suspended/revoked license. He was transported to DuPage county Jail.
• Farrah Rafiq Chinoy, 26, of the 1800 block of North Farnsworth Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 1:27 a.m. in the 1300 block of Aurora Avenue, police said. She was charged with driving on a suspended/revoked license. Her bail was $5,000.

Possession of fraudulent ID

Ytaide Torres, 31, of the 500 block of Oakwood Avenue in Aurora, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. in the 2500 block of West 75^th Street, police said. She was charged with possession of a fraudulent ID card. Her bond was $1,500.
