Police Blotter: Underage Drinking at Local Hotel and a False 911 Report

The following information was provided by the Naperville Police Department for Sept. 9. Individuals who are listed in the Police Blotter have been charged with a crime but have not been proven guilty in court.

Sept. 9, 2010
AGGRAVATED ASSAULT
James R. Raymond, 25, of Naperville, was arrested around 8 p.m. at the Naperville Police Department, 1350 Aurora Ave., on an original warrant for aggravated assault.

FALSE 911 REPORT
Michael R. Frederiksen, 22, of Plainfield, was arrested around 4:50 a.m. at the Baymont Inn Suites, 1585 Naperville Wheaton Rd. He was charged with making a false 911 report.

UNDERAGE DRINKING
Brook J. Wilson, 20, of Naperville, was arrested around 5 a.m. at the Baymont Inn Suites, 1585 Naperville Wheaton Rd., on a DuPage County failure-to-appear warrant for driving with a suspended license. She also was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Alexandra G. Gollinger, no age or hometown given, was arrested around 5 a.m., at the Baymont Inn Suites, 1585 Naperville Wheaton Rd., and charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor.

WARRANT ARREST
Eduardo Rayas, 27, of Aurora, was arrested around 4:45 p.m. at 1550 N. Route 59 on a failure-to-appear warrant.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DRUGS
Alexander M. Piazza, 22, of Naperville, was arrested around 8:10 p.m. near the intersection of College Road and Abbeywood Drive in Lisle. He was charged with driving under the influence of drugs.

DRUG POSSESSION
Kelly E. Drone, 17, of Naperville, was arrested around 9:45 p.m. near the intersection of Pacific and Benedetti drives and was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, improper turning at an intersection and failure to stop at a stop sign.

Rickey L. Moten, 22, no hometown given, was arrested around 2:40 a.m. near the intersection of Interstate 88 and North Route 59. He was charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana.

POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY
Gregory M. Blake, 26, of Aurora, was arrested around 11:40 p.m. near the intersection of Aurora Avenue and South Route 59. He was charged with possession of stolen property.

DAMAGED PROPERTY
Bushnell Builders & Developers reported damage to an upstairs window of a vacant suite at their business located at 1964 Springbrook Square Drive. Victims suspect the damage occurred between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. on Sept. 7.

RESIDENT THREATENS WORKER
A 37-year-old man working as an electrical contractor for the City of Naperville was threatened at an unspecified time Thursday in the 1700 block of Iona Avenue. A resident allegedly threatened to shoot the worker if he didn't leave the property. No arrest was made.

STOLEN PROPERTY
A spare tire was reported missing from a vehicle parked in the 1800 block of River Ridge Circle. The victim suspects it was stolen between 6 p.m. Sept. 4 and noon Sept. 5.
