Police: Burglar Jumped From Second-Story Balcony of Naperville Apartment

Police said a man jumped from the balcony of a northwest Naperville apartment after it was burglarized.

Naperville police are looking for help after an apartment was broken into last week. 

Police said a man burglarized a second-floor apartment between 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Friday, Aug. 2 in the 1400 block of Fairway Drive in northwest Naperville. 

The man, described as a black male wearing camouflage shorts and shirt, was seen jumping from the balcony of the apartment, according to a witness. Police said they believe the man lives in the area or frequently visits.

Police are offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
