NAPERVILLE, IL —A public hearing was held Oct. 18 at Naperville's Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to discuss zoning variances requested by Scooter's Coffee. The chain is hoping to open a shop at 1931 Glacier Ave. in the High Grove shopping center.

The 677 square foot drive-thru coffee shop would join Urban Air Adventure Park, On the Border Mexican Restaurant, Marshall's, the upcoming Freddy's Frozen Custard and other retailers.

At the meeting, petitioners requested a zoning variance that would eliminate 42 parking spaces in the shopping center's lot to accommodate construction for Scooter's.
