Barkley placed the girl “under surveillance” and drove past her home at least five times in the spring and summer, most recently on Monday, according to the complaint.
In December 2014 and March 2015, Barkley used a garage door opener to open her garage, the complaint said. It was not clear how he got his hands on the opener.
