2 Men Charged After Seen Huffing Laughing Gas In Parking Lot Of New Lenox Buffalo Wild Wings: Police
The men were found with empty canisters of nitrous oxide in the parking lot of the sports bar, New Lenox police said.
NEW LENOX, IL — Two men police say were caught huffing from canisters in the parking lot of a New Lenox business have been charged with unlawful possession of nitrous oxide, according to police reports.
Police were called Saturday afternoon to the parking lot of Buffalo Wild Wings, 414 Nelson Road, for a report of people seen huffing inside a car. Police found Brian Nicholson, 28, and Lawrence Henderson, 32, both of Mount Prospect, in a car with open containers of alcohol and empty nitrous oxide canisters, according to police reports.
Nicholson admitted to huffing the canisters, but told police they belonged to Henderson.

Witnesses told police they'd had interactions with both men during which they appeared under the influenced of an intoxicant, according to reports.
Both men were taken into custody and brought to the New Lenox Police Department, where they were processed and released.
