Rick Springfield is
ready to take the stage before a sold-out crowd Saturday at 9 p.m. at the Village
Commons Performing Arts Pavilion.
This is the second of the
three summer concerts that make up the annual Triple Play Series.
Last night he was performing at the
Silver Star Convention Center in Philadelphia, MS, and on July 26, he's slated
to perform at the Wisconsin Dells at the Crystal Grand Music Theater, according
to the official Rick
Springfield website.

The opening bands are:
- Dustin
Walker Band at 5:45 p.m.
- Five Greystone
Band at 7:15 p.m.
This is the fifth year of the Triple Play
Concert Series in New Lenox. The final concert in the 2013 series is: Foreigner—Aug.
