Cedar Road Bridge, Prairie Road Work Planned For Saturday: Village

NEW LENOX, IL — The Village of New Lenox is alerting motorists that traffic at the Cedar Road bridge north of U.S. Route 30, as well as on Prairie Road between Haven Avenue and U.S. Route 30, will be impacted by pavement re-striping, according to an alert sent out by the Village.

Work is scheduled to begin at 7:30 a.m. Saturday. Only one lane will be closed at a time to allow traffic to flow in each direction, according to the Village.

Motorists should use caution while driving in the area.
