How do you know the teacher?

She was my mentor teacher during student teaching August 2023

What does this person teach?

ELA/Science

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Amie is an amazing teacher because not only is she there for her students, but she is there for the staff and the school as a whole! Staff and students always come to her with questions, and I believe that she deserves more recognition for all of the time and effort she puts into her classroom and Caroline Bentley School!

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Amie was the best mentor teacher I could have asked for (along with Lauren Rohder). We developed an amazing friendship that I really cherish. She's always been there for support when I needed her and never fails to show she cares about you and what is going on in your life. She's an amazing person, mom, and teacher and she means so much to me and so many other people!
