Providence Catholic HS To Hold Open House, Placement Exam

NEW LENOX, IL — Providence Catholic High School (PCHS) is excited to welcome future Celtics to two major admissions events: the Open House on Sunday, Nov. 16, and the Placement Exam for eighth graders on Saturday, Dec. 6. Alongside these events, PCHS has announced that both Merit and Legacy Scholarships have doubled for the coming year, expanding financial access for families. Students may learn more and register at providencecatholic.org/admissions. Additional scholarship and aid opportunities are also available.

Providence Catholic’s commitment to student success is evident throughout campus. Senior Michael Jensen recently earned a perfect composite score of 36 on the ACT, and the school’s seven-time Regional Champion Math Team heads into competition season once again. In athletics, senior wrestler Justus Heeg captured a national title at the prestigious Super 32 Tournament with his club team, and senior Lucas Garcia earned the Chicago Catholic League’s Tony Lawless Award. Freshman and sophomore athletes continue to shine as well, including cross-country standout Aubrey Gentile earning a Conference Championship win.
