Rev Those Engines One More Time At Season Finale Of Cruise The Commons
The free event is scheduled for Tuesday at the Village Commons in New Lenox. Live music will be provided by Fifty One Lincoln Band.
NEW LENOX, IL — Fall will officially begin at 8:03 p.m. Thursday, but the Village of New Lenox has one last Cruise the Commons event planned before slamming the breaks on summer.
The final Cruise the Commons of the summer is scheduled from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday in the Village Commons.
All interested drivers are invited to bring out their vehicles. There is no fee to participate. Vehicles of all makes and models are welcome, and registration is not required. There are no awards planned for this event.

Food trucks from Aunt Tina's Sound Bites and Auntie Anne's will be on hand selling food, as well as food and non-alcoholic beverages for sale from the concession stand courtesy of the New Lenox Community Park District. Beer, hard seltzer, and hard lemonade will be available for sale, with sales located in front of the Village Hall.
Live music throughout the event will be provided by Fifty One Lincoln Band.

The Veterans Parkway ring road will be closed to thru traffic during this event to accommodate the event activities. Parking will be available in the south lot of the Village Hall and behind Old Plank Trail Community Bank. People are asked not to park at the New Lenox Public Library.
