THIS SATURDAY: “Mach” Premieres At Emagine Frankfort

The independent film was produced by local residents from New Lenox and surrounding suburbs.

This Saturday, January 5th, the independent film “Mach” will premiere at the Emagine Frankfort located at 19965 South La Grange Road in Frankfort, IL. The screening with the cast and crew will take place from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Produced by several residents of New Lenox and surrounding suburbs, “Mach” is a superhero film that follows the life of Pete Airey. The young athlete, who has recently graduated from high school, plots out his postsecondary education plans. After entering an athletic scholarship competition, Airey is then faced with a dangerous reality that could also affect his family.

Doors to the screening’s auditorium will open at 4:00 p.m. with a brief welcome and introduction following shortly thereafter. The film will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m.

Guests are encouraged to bring non-perishable food items to be donated to the New Lenox Food Pantry. The non-perishable items can be dropped off at guest services.

Tickets for this special evening are $10 and will be sold at the entrance to the auditorium. Cash and credit cards will be accepted. Raffle tickets will also be sold for $1 each inside of the auditorium with winning tickets receiving gift baskets.
