Suspect In New Lenox Gym Locker Theft Linked To Similar Crimes Elsewhere: NLPD
The woman was found with credit cards and cash stolen from a New Lenox gym locker, and several others reported stolen, police said.

NEW LENOX, IL — A Lemont woman faces burglary, theft, identity theft and drug charges after being found with stolen credit cards, IDs and wallets, according to New Lenox police reports. The woman has now also been linked to similar crimes in other towns, police said.
Police were called April 30 to Planet Fitness for a report of theft. The victim told police they had left their wallet in an unsecured locker in the fitness facility, and later found several credit cards and $400 in cash missing. One of the cards that was taken had three unauthorized charges from Target and Starbucks. Surveillance footage from Target helped police identify the suspect's car.
Two days later, the same vehicle returned to Planet Fitness, where police witnessed a woman — later identified as Abigail Lyne, 27, of Lemont — leave the facility and get into the car, according to reports.
