NEW LENOX, IL — Nearly two years after it was sold, the former K-Mart property in New Lenox is back on the market.

Construction fencing surrounds the building, and it's flagged for demolition.

The deal on the property at 1500 W Lincoln Highway closed in January 2024, according to commercial brokers Mid America Real Estate and TransformCo Properties. It was sold then for $2.9 million, and is now listed as for rent by Coldwell Banker, for $12.5 million.
