The Village of New Lenox wants to make you aware of a scheduled phone outage to migrate to a new phone system.
NEW LENOX, IL — The Village of New Lenox wants to make you aware there will be a scheduled phone outage at the below locations and dates to migrate to a new phone system. The phones will be unavailable during this and you will not be able to leave a message.
Various departments will be coming back up throughout the day as the IT Department gets the new phones installed and logged into the system. The outage is anticipated to last approximately 2 hours.
The outages for each department are planned for the following dates and times:

- Village Hall- Aug. 8 at 8:30 a.m.
- Police Department - Aug. 9 at 8:30 a.m.
- Public Works - Aug. 10 at 8:30 a.m.
- WWTP1 - Aug. 11 at 8:30 a.m.
