Vine Street At Rte 30 To Be Reduced To One Lane Starting Monday
The closure is expected to last for several weeks and will take place in the southbound lane of Vine Street.
NEW LENOX, IL — Motorists who use Vine Street in New Lenox can expect delays starting Monday due to a lane closure for work on the installation of a water main, according to Village officials.
The lane closure will take out the southbound lane of Vine Street at U.S. Route 30, with the southbound turn lane serving as the temporary southbound lane, according to Village staff. The northbound lane will not be affected.
The closure is expected to last for several weeks, though the Village did not have an exact date for when motorists can expect the lanes to resume to normal.
