Driver Charged With Aggravated DUI; Had No Driver's License

ARRESTS

Mikhail Dawson, 19, of Morton Grov was stopped for traffic violations  Sept. 28 in the 7400 block of Dempster, police said, and was charged with consuming alcohol under the age of 21. Court date is scheduled for 10/29/13

John Nwokochan, 33, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations at Golf and Sayre Sept. 27, police said,  and was charged with having suspended registration plates. Court date is scheduled for 11/15/13.

Missel Flores, 20, of Chicago was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 1 at Dempster and Shermer and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving without a valid driver’s license.  Subject was charged with Aggravated DUI. Court date is scheduled for 10/15/13

Maticella Fournier, 24, of Chicago, was stopped for traffic violations Oct. 1 at Oakton and Caldwell, police said, and charged with driving with a suspended driver’s license. Court date is scheduled for 11/01/13

MISCELLANEOUS

In a theft case, unknown offender(s) stole cell phone which was charging in locker room at 6821 Dempster. It occurred Sept. 26. 

 In a theft case, unknown offender(s) stole a wallet and keys from a locked locker at 6821 Dempster on Sept. 30. 

In a burglary case Sept, 28 in the 8900 block of Marion, unknown offender(s) burglarized a vehicle parked on the street overnight.  Taken were several construction items.

In a burglary case Sept. 26 in the 7900 block of Golf Road, unknown offender(s) smashed the front glass of the business and cash was stolen.
