DUI
An officer was dispatched for a report of an accident in the 2300 block of Maple at 8:30 p.m. Aug. 13. Cassandra Debartolo, 22, of the 100 block of Meadowbrook in Northbrook, was determined to be DUI and was taken into custody, released on $1,000 bond and given a Sept. 24 court date.

Possession of cannabis, warrant arrest
Police received a tip that there was an intoxicated subject in a vehicle in a parking lot in the 2100 block of Valencia Drive at 11 p.m. Aug. 13. Police found two men who had cannabis in their possession.

Roberto S. Elliot, 39, of the 800 block of Houlston Court in Schaumburg, was discovered wanted on a warrant out of Kentucky for child neglect. He was also charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was processed and placed in a cell until he was transported to Skokie Court for a bond hearing.
Mark C. St. Clair, 42, of the 2300 block of Greenview Road in Northbrook, was charged with possession of cannabis with intent to deliver. St. Clair was released on $1,500 bond and given a Sept. 16 court date.
Residential burglary
Officer’s responded for a report of a burglary to residence in the 2800 block of Koepke at 9:30 p.m. Aug. 7. The homeowner said they secured the exterior doors of the home, turned off the lights and left the residence for approximately three hours. When they returned home they found the rear sliding glass door standing open. The initial list of missing items includes cash and a white pillow case. A small chest was damaged by the offenders. The victim will supply investigators a list of items stolen later.
Warrant arrest
Officers responded for a solicitor complaint at Hillcrest and Pfingsten at 9 p.m. Aug. 8. After locating the subject, identified as Tommy Lee Smith, 18, of the 0-100 block of Hammel Ave. in St. Louis, officers learned he had a felony warrant from Missouri. The warrant was confirmed and he was taken into custody.
Tires punctured
Someone punctured a hole in all four tires of a 2005 Ford Escape in the 1900 block of Cherry Lane.
DUI warrant
Northbrook officers learned that William A. Lewis, 29, of the 12700 block of West Atlantic in Waukegan, who had an active warrant from Northbrook for DUI, was staying in the 2000 block of Lakeside in Bannockburn. Officer’s responded Aug. 9 and took him in custody. He was held awaiting bond.
