Art in the Park Draws Bands, Yoga

More than 70 artisans from across the U.S. will have work on display and on sale at Northbrook's annual Art in the Park festival, July 13 and 14 in the Village Green. 

Visitors will see art work in a variety of mediums, including oil, acrylic, wood, glass, photography, watercolor and jewelry.

The event is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, July 13 and 14 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.

The Festival will also feature live music, food, children's art activities, a junior artist festival and a silent auction featuring artwork from local and participating artists.

Start the day off at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday with a free yoga class in the Village Green by the gazebo.
