'Brunch With The Bunny' Returns To Northbrook's Leisure Center
Registration is required for the Northbrook Park District event that includes brunch, arts and crafts, and a visit from the Spring Bunny.

NORTHBROOK, IL — It's a Northbrook tradition with an added twist this time around. The "Brunch with the Bunny" event is scheduled for April 12 at the Northbrook Park District's Leisure Center.
This year, for the first time ever, the event will include an egg hunt for children who are registered. The brunch takes place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at 3323 Walters Ave. The family favorite will also feature crafts, activities and a visit from the Spring Bunny.
"'Brunch with the Bunny' is a great way to enjoy family time while celebrating the season of spring," Recreation Supervisor Maria Warren said. "This event is for all families, whether they are celebrating a holiday this time of year, or are just excited to be welcoming warmer months."

According to the park district, children will enjoy a variety of crafts and activities, such as making hands-on bunny themed art.
The brunch menu will include chicken limone, scrambled eggs with cheese, rigatoni in vodka sauce, loaded cheesy tater tot casserole, breakfast sausage links, French toast casserole and fresh fruit salad.

Tickets for 'Brunch with the Bunny' are $35 for residents and $45 for nonresidents (tickets are per person). Children under 24 months can attend free of charge. For more information and to register, visit nbparks.org/events/bunnybrunch or call 847-291-2993.
