Ceremony Celebrates $66M Expansion At Northbrook Living Community
Covenant Living of Northbrook is adding new three-story carriage homes, among other things, at the property for older adults.

NORTHBROOK, IL — With a $66.5 million expansion on the horizon, Covenant Living of Northbrook recently held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the campus redevelopment project. The expansion at the not-for-profit senior living community will include the building of three new three-story carriage homes.
Officials said this expansion will add 36 new one-and two-bedroom apartments, each with a large patio or balcony, and private under building garage. The project is expected to be completed in late 2025.
"Our commitment to older adults in the Northbrook area began 60 years ago when a groundbreaking was held for the first building on this site," Terri Cunliffe, CEO and president of Covenant Living, said at the Nov. 17 ceremony. "Over those decades, additional buildings were added and here we are now, ready to redevelop on this site with a project that will carry us well into the future."
