$1M Winning Powerball Ticket Sold in Deerfield: IL Lottery

DEERFIELD, IL — A $1 million winning Powerball ticket was sold at a gas station in Deerfield. The winner matched five white ball numbers in Monday night's drawing, according to Illinois Lottery.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Mobil gas station at 650 Waukegan Road.
With no one selecting six numbers in the latest draw, the Powerball jackpot has now soared to $1.7 billion for Wednesday's draw. If won on Christmas Eve, the jackpot would become the fourth-largest lottery prize in U.S. history.
