Northbrook Substitute Teacher Tests Positive For Coronavirus
Northbrook School District 28 administrators said they were notified of a substitute teacher that tested positive for coronavirus.
NORTHBROOK, IL — Administrative officials with Northbrook School District 28 have been in contact with a substitute teacher that has tested positive with the coronavirus as of Tuesday, according to the Glenview/Northbrook Coronavirus Response task force. The teacher worked at Meadowbrook School on March 12 and 13 but it is not known if the teacher was contagious during their teaching duties.
The task force recommends that anyone who is experiencing symptoms of the coronavirus should contact their health care provider for further guidance.
As of Thursday, over 2,500 cases and 26 deaths as a result of the coronavirus have been reported in Illinois.
