FEMA Assistance Deadline is Wednesday

FEMA Assistance Deadline
Residents and businesses have until Wednesday, July 24, to submit applications to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for disaster assistance related to flood damage suffered from the storms of April 6 through May 5.
Northbrook Park District
Autumn Program Registration: Registration is underway for autumn programs and classes from the Park District. The Autumn Recreation Guide was mailed to residents and is online at nbparks.org. Residents can register online, by mail or fax, and in person at the Leisure Center and Northbrook Sports Center. Non-resident registration begins on August 7.
Soccer and Flag Football Early Fee Deadline: July 31 is the early fee deadline for Youth Soccer and Flag Football Leagues. Practice begins the last week of August, and games start the weekend of September 7. Teams are formed by grade, school and gender and play seven games, weather permitting, with an emphasis on learning skills, sportsmanship and respect.
