Five Seasons Conversion Would Cost $59.5 Million
The Northbrook Park District would include a lap pool, therapy pool and artificial turf if it buys the space.
The Northbrook Park District’s plan to buy the Five Seasons Spots Club and turn it into a community recreation center would cost at least $59.5 million, according to an article in the Northbrook Star.
The plan could go before voters in November.
That cost would include a five-lane lap pool, a therapy pool and a space with artificial turf that could be leased out, the Star article says.
