Motorcyclist Hospitalized After DUI Crash

The following arrest information was supplied by the Northbrook Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

On July 5, officers responded Pheasant Creek Drive and Spring Hill Drive for a report of a single motorcycle vehicle accident, according to police. Upon arrival, the motorist was on the ground and unresponsive. He was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident and suffered serious injuries, according to the village. He was transported to a nearby hospital, police say. Officers charged Steven Nach, 28, of Northbrook, with DUI, reckless driving and failure to reduce speed, in relation to the accident. 

On July 2, officers stopped Kyle Peterson, 23, of Glenview for a traffic violation near Willow and Shermer roads, according to police. He was found to be intoxicated and charged with DUI, improper lane usage and driving without a license. 

On July 6, officers stopped James M. Isberner, 44, of Northbrook, for a traffic violation near Farmington and Pfingsten roads, according to police. The driver was found to be DUI, placed under arrest and charged with improper lane usage, DUI and DUI over .08, police say. 

Drug Possession 

On July 3, officers stopped Sean P. Tietz, 20, of Glenview for a traffic violation, according to police. Officers found marijuana in the vehicle in the driver's possession, police say. He was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia and traffic citations, according to police.
